LAYSON, RAQUEL LASERNA CPA, (The Proprietor) had put up the Entity after tendering his resignation as Audit Supervisor from his former Employer Velasco, Punzala & Co., CPAs (formerly Velasco, Aguirre & Co., CPAs) with more than 6 years experienced providing clients personalized tax, audit and accounting services since 2014. He handled various bookkeeping client in different sectors like Wholesaling and Retailing Businesses, Telecommunication Company, Real Estate Business and Real Estate Agent, and Hotel & Restaurants. Furthermore, has handled various audit clients that include Banks, Non-Stock Savings and Loan Association, Cooperative, Non-Profit Organization, Foundation, Manufacturing Company, Trading Business, Real Estate Business and Real Estate Agent, Telecommunication and IT Company, Travel Agency, Hotel & Restaurants, Gaming and Entertainment, and Holding Companies.

Currently, He is a CFO in local Company in Pasay City, with specialized Industry of Restaurants, Recreational Activities and Entertainment.

He is an active Member in Good Standing with the Associations of CPA. in Public Practice (ACPAPP) and Philippine Institute of CPA (PICPA)
